Cathy O' Brien was an MK-ULTRA Monarch Mind Control Sex Slave for the CIA and highest levels of government. This story is along the lines of the "Franklin Cover-up". Mark Phillips has dedicated his life to helping Cathy and others recover from this form of Abuse.
